Black Saber Comics Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Black Saber Comics! We’re a small business, and we take care when sorting, packing, and shipping your books.

In-Stock Orders
We generally ship in-stock orders within 10 business days. During busy periods, major releases, or large shipment arrivals, processing may take up to 30 calendar days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Preorders and Presales
Preorders ship after the books have arrived at our location and have been inspected and sorted. Release dates and estimated arrival dates may change due to publisher, printer, or distributor delays.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days after we receive your books for processing during high-volume periods. A book’s release date is not a guaranteed shipping date.

Orders Containing Multiple Items
Orders containing both in-stock items and preorders, or books with different release dates, generally ship together once all items are available. If you would like available items shipped sooner, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your shipping label is created. Please allow a few business days for carrier acceptance and tracking updates. Creating a label does not mean the carrier has received the package.

Unexpected Delays
If we expect your order to exceed the processing timeframe above, we will provide an updated estimate and information about your options. Carrier transit time is separate from our processing time, and delivery dates are estimates.
